After graduating in 2013 with a degree in History and Politics, Lucy then completed a Masters of Research, both at Plymouth University.

Lucy’s main interests lie in the history of non-elites in the long-eighteenth century, particularly the experiences of poverty, mobility, marginalisation and identity at this time.  Lucy’s research project focuses on the social and spatial worlds of Old Bailey convicts.
